Review by hotel critic
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Boutique Guest House, and I cannot express how thoroughly it exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the lovely owner, Norman, who was not only welcoming but informative about the local area. The shared kitchen was a good surprise-it was equipped with everything I needed, including an array of cookware and kitchen utensils to prepare my meals, and I especially appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee facilities available at all times. The room itself was a true sanctuary; it was warm, impeccably clean, and furnished with a comfortable bed that ensured restful nights. One of the standout moments of my stay was when Norman kindly returned my forgotten shower bag, demonstrating his attentiveness to guests' needs. The peaceful garden terrace provided a perfect space to relax after a day of exploring the nearby attractions, and the location, though just a 20-minute walk from the city centre, felt tranquil and inviting.
